Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Please be advised Quest Fitness has a cancellation and refund policy which applies to all classes and events. Please read the following carefully to ensure you understand the policy.

 

Your Safety: You agree to sign an ‘Agreement For Participation in Exercise’ and give us all relevant health and fitness information before or during any exercise. Each time you use the facilities and services, you must ensure you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you should not exercise. If unsure, you should always seek medical guidance.

 

No shows in classes or events are not refundable and non-transferable to another date. A grace period of 12 hours prior to the start of a class you are offered the opportunity to cancel the session.  This can be done on-line or sending a text message to the relevant instructor.

 

Placing Your Membership/Pass Card On Hold: If you are experiencing illness or have a holiday planned, we are happy to place your pass card on hold for the time you are away (maximum 4 week period).

 

Quest Fitness may from time to time, cancel a class session due to insufficient participant numbers. All registered participants will be given a minimum of 2 hours notice and no charge will be issued to the participants.
