Service Description
$75.00 1 hour per week $60.00 2 hours per week. $50 3 hours per week. Personal training sessions are tailored to suit each individual’s needs and goals with a training program designed specifically for them. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to fitness – each clients goals, motivations and preferences are different. Whatever your age, ability, size or shape, Quest Fitness aims to motivate and empower you to transform your body – anything is possible with a positive approach to training, diet and lifestyle changes. For clients new to exercise/training, we highly recommend commencing with the Intro Pack. You will learn the fundamental movements and skills of our training system. Some of the things we may cover are: • Warm-up and cool down exercises and routines such as foam rolling, dynamic stretches, static stretches, activation work. • Lower body movements such as leg squat, deadlift, lunges, step ups • Upper body movements such as chest presses, push up and use of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, fitballs and bands.
Cancellation Policy
12 hour minimum cancellation.
